Just a quick note to wish all mothers a wonderful day!
Book Two in my Sworn Protectors series just released at Ellora’s Cave. This series blends vampire romance with some unique sci-fi concepts. Bronik was introduced in Book One and I had many requests for his story, so here it is:
Wounded and in chains, the last thing Bronik expects when he crash lands on Earth is to be interrogated by the most desirable woman he has ever seen. Each lash of her whip and searing sensation only makes him more determined to taste her blood and feel her tremble beneath him as he explores every hollow and curve of her amazing body. He doesn’t have long to wait because his interrogator soon becomes his captive.
When Eloise is rescued from certain death by her handsome enemy, she is infuriated and relieved. He’s determined to learn the location of her brother’s research lab before her brother succeeds in creating a powerful vampire hybrid. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know the location of the lab and Bronik seems more interested in stimulating her senses than probing her mind.
(None of the addresses have the hyphan in them. It’s just anythingbutordinarybooks.com and so forth.)
Anyway, I really like the new theme and hope you’ll check it out. I announced the first book releasing in 2013, so click on over and see what it is.
My “Anything-but-Ordinary” site was getting slammed with spam comments so I’ve taken it down until I can figure out how to make it stop. Most of the site’s followers also follow one or both of my other sites, so I’m hoping this doesn’t strand anyone without current info. When/if I can figure out a way to block the pesky spammers, I’ll put the site back online.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Despite his father’s determination to “modernize” Zoltan clan, Anthony refuses to change his ways. Taking what he wants has always worked well in the past and he sees no reason to alter his strategy. Monique Vasco appeals to him in every way that counts and she is an organic vampire, the necessary qualifications for becoming his mate.
Monique reluctantly agrees to help her father’s ally introduce his sons to the expectations of modern society. After three hundred years of seclusion, Zoltan clan has a lot to learn. The oldest son, Anthony, is arrogant and domineering, but his brooding good looks and sensual appeal tempt her away from her planned activities. She can’t seem to remember what she’s trying to accomplish every time she looks into his smoldering eyes.
Without warning, Monique finds herself trapped in a secluded castle, prisoner to the most dangerously appealing man she’s ever met. Instead of teaching Anthony how to adjust to modern society, Anthony–with the help of his personal guard–is showing her the unbelievable pleasures only found within the social structure of a bygone world.
Restless and frustrated by his continual isolation, Teladorian visits Station X with his best friend and sometimes lover, Azariel. Before they can connect with a willing partner, they sense a female’s distress. They’re reluctant to involve themselves in matters that don’t concern them, but no one else reacts to the woman’s terror.
Sophie sneaks away to Station X for a long-awaited night of passion. Rather than her lover, Sophie is greeted by three male vampires bent on her destruction. She feels her life slipping away when two amazing strangers burst into the room and drive off her attackers.
One impulsive kindness lands Teladorian and Azariel in the middle of a vampire clan war. Sophie is unsure who she can trust, yet she’s fascinated by her enigmatic rescuers. Unable to ignore the volatile attraction growing between them, she allows them to hide her for a few days while they figure out who is trying to kill her.
In a future where women have few choices, Autumn fears she’ll never again know the pleasure of a man’s touch. Then General Ra’jen Noirte rescues her from a whipping gone wrong. The sexy alien captivates her, reawaking dormant desires. On the surface he radiates deadly aggression, but Autumn has glimpsed his tormented soul. Though he commands the occupation army, she suspects they have similar goals.
Ra’jen returns from combat to find a woman bound, abused and abandoned. His healing touch soon turns to hunger as she stirs beneath his hands. With milk-white skin and flame-red hair, Autumn tempts him to abandon his responsibilities and indulge long-neglected needs. Every kiss, every caress distracts from his mission, and the fate of Earth depends on his success. More than love is on the line as they form an uneasy alliance and fight their mutual enemies.
Winter, Book Two in the Codename Courtesan series was chosen as the winner in the Short Erotic Category of the Readers Crown Contest. I love this series and I’m thrilled by the honor.
Thank you, reader/judges!
After surviving the horrors of a salt refinery, Winter is convinced she’s prepared for anything. Her mission is simple, seduce Ulrick Brant and convince him to reveal the location of the mysterious Chemist. Ulrick is handsome, sexy, and heroic. How hard can this be?
Ulrick doesn’t mind helping the Resistance, but he won’t tolerate being used. Before Winter realizes she’s caught, he has her naked and in restraints. He arouses her slowly, commanding her body with skill and tenderness until they both forget it’s a game.
Winter is dazzled by the pleasure they share, but the Resistance won’t wait forever. Danger is closing in, and Ulrick must choose his final role, ruthless invader, or freedom fighter.
After inheriting a wildly popular sex club from her estranged mother, Tamara is forced to reexamine her priorities. She must now manage a vast fortune, her newly awakened hunger for uninhibited pleasure, and her mother’s deadly enemies. Seeing no other option, and running for her life, she seeks refuge with Jericho James, a man nearly as notorious as her mother.
Jericho is fascinated by the passionate promise smoldering beneath Tamara’s stubborn reserve. He longs to strip away her defenses and help her explore each new longing, but first they must discover who is trying to kill her and determine if her mystic abilities have anything to do with the villain’s plot.
Danger heightens desire. If they can stay alive long enough to enjoy the ride.
Saroji is infuriated when she learns Malik has sent for her alter ego. If the dangerous traitor doesn’t realize she is Summer, there is much to be gained by fulfilling his sexual fantasies. But it’s far more likely he intends to repay her for a past betrayal. Malik is the only man who ever touched her body and tantalized her heart until she willingly surrendered control. She can’t afford to trust him… yet squandering the opportunity could extinguish the last hope for the Resistance.
